Do you offer childcare or can my kids attend? While we understand it can be hard to find childcare, we do not offer it. We only allow children who are able to stay in a stroller. There is a lot of heavy equipment and we would hate for your child to get hurt. This hour is to focus on YOU . Children are also not allowed during open gym , ONLY if they are in a stroller.

Are there any hidden fees? We are the only gym that has NO fees. We dont do cancellation fees, annual fees or cleaning fees.

Do you pause memberships ? Nope, we do not pause memberships .

Do you offer refunds? Nope, we do not provide refunds or credits.
Do you have a shower? Yes !

Do you take beginners? Yes we take all levels of fitness from beginner to advanced !

Why don't we see prices for class memberships ? We keep our studio private and limit the amount of people who can come in. If you want information about class prices, please call us for an appointment !

Can I do a Day Pass for Open Gym ? Yes ! Please call us to set a time . Our studio is always locked so its important to call us ahead of time.

Do I really get the studio to myself if no one is in there? YES ! Thats why we are a private studio ! We limit who can come in so that YOU are comfortable.
